TRANSPORTATION POLICY

• • The Passengers can’t exceed the maximum capacity
• • This reservation is non-refundable.
• • Times displayed are based on the accommodation's local time.
• • Cannot reschedule. contact the EO Virtual Assistant team to cancel it. Then, make a new booking that suits needs.
• • Final reservations cannot be canceled. Please acknowledge and prioritize this information before confirming your reservation.
• • To change reservation details such as pickup time/location or passenger information, please contact the EO Virtual Assistant directly.
• • Rental rates are quoted inclusive of government tax 11%
• • Services and Expenses Included in a Car Rental with Driver Purchase
• • The Driver Phone Number is located on the E-Voucher sent to the email address you used to make the booking and on the Profile on My accommodation & Tour
• • The basic rental service includes in-city usage for up to 12 hours per day OR until 23:59, along with driver services. Fuel, tolls, tips, driver's meals, and overtime are not included.
• • 6-hour, 10-hour, and 24-hour rental options are available.
• • An additional 2 hours beyond the rental duration will incur an overtime fee. This fee is payable directly to the driver for each day the rental duration is exceeded.
